Helix lab's new closing time of 18:00 limits flexibility, hampers creativity, and affects vital overnight experiments.
this policy risks delaying PhD progress, increasing stress, and reducing scientific output.
It may also push some individuals to work after hours, creating additional safety risks.
These restrictions could undermine the quality of research and academic freedom.
